Ok, so just a quick journal update to show you some pictures of my beautiful baby girl! (I am a very proud parent as you can tell!) The pictures are in my scraps, and you will have to view them small as I have disabled download of the original size - for obvious reasons..

Also, I have not had time to make up a new CSS, so I am using one that has been uploaded by the very talented kjherstin [link]

What has happened to deviantArt? Its even more fancy schmancy than before!

Have not been around since late last year, so I thought I would update all my well-wishers:

I have a


BABY GIRL!
She was born at 15:50 on 10th November 2008 by Ceasarian Section

We have named her Charlotte.

Obviously, she is amazing :) and the last 11 weeks have been a marathon learning curve for me and her Daddy. I am tired, but coping well with the sleepless nights!

Will get some pictures up ASAP - need to find out how this new dA works though... :\

Hope to catch up soon!

Well, I am supposed to be getting ready to go out the door to go to work. However i am a sucker for distractions, and i just popped in to see whats a-happening around here. What happened?! We gone all Web 3 now eh? Can't decide whether DO WANT or DO NOT WANT. It's certianly very polished from the dA i remember!

Anyway, Update on moi for those interested, I am now 22 weeks pregnant. (going into my 6th month if that's how you prefer to count it)

It's gone by so fast. I have been working hard to make sure that i get proper maternity pay when i leave work (2 months, 2 weeks and 2 days, but whose counting!? :lol:)

Just to leave a message here to thank everyone for thier faves and comments. I really wish I could back to thank every one of you, but considering over 2000 messages accumulated since i last logged in, i would be here until - well, Baby's first day at school i assume. :)

Anyway, here is a pic of the culprit who is giving me heartburn, backache, and huge thumps in the guts!:

I feel bad for abandoning my dA friends. dA isn't the only place that I have shamefully been away from of late and all I can do is apologise for this ignorant behaviour. :XD:

Things are going well here at Littlewood towers. Aside from the Heartburn, Gastric reflux, Morning sickness and general foulness. I am taking some time off work again just to let the little bean settle. I Had a scan last week and could see the little guy in there. Not much to see given the age, but it was pretty cool. At the moment, he is just a floating sea-monkey, but My floating sea monkey all the same.

As some of my older friends know, This is not the first time I have been pregnant. I have suffered some losses in the past few years, but I hope that the treatment that I had to get us to this point has worked, and we have a sticky bean in there. After trying for 4 and a half years, I am cautiously optimistic.

I am sorry that I haven't replied to all your well wishes and congratulations. I am so thankful for all of them, and will get around to my friends soon.

Given my at-home state, I am completely focussed on things to take my mind off the worry and stress of these early stages. Problem is, is that I am still having an artistic block. I have plenty of stocks gathered, and as usual start something, think it's crap and scrap it. I also let my sub laspe which was a shock! I quickly rectified that for a little while. I had a computer spazzout a few weeks ago, and re-installation meant that GIMP finally works again for me (Yay!) and as a result have been kept busy with requests for cheesily bad glitter graphics and blinkies for the women off fertility friend and such. However I feel the need to get creative again and do something spectacular. I am still up for collaboration work if anyone is interested? Note me! Give me some inspiration!
